KAKO POVEĆATI NIZAK KRVNI PRITISAK PRIRODNIM PUTEM

Iako većina ljudi ima poteškoće sa povišenim krvnim pritiskom postoji i ona druga kategorija kod koje je pritisak nizak. Problemi niskog pritiska prije svega se odnose na osjećaj umora, pospanosti, glavobolje, vrtoglavice i otežanog funkcionisanja.
Ukoliko dokazano imate nizak krvni pritisak nudimo vam nekoliko načina kako možete brzo podići pritisak bez upotrebe lijekova:

1) POVEĆANJE UNOSA SOLI
Uzmite čašu vode i dodajte pola čajne kašike soli u nju. Popijte prema potrebi ili dva puta na dan
2) MED
Ukoliko osjećate vrtoglavicu usljed niskog krvnog pritiska izmješajte dvije supene kašike meda u vodi i dodajte prstohvat soli u ovo te popijte odmah. Ovaj napitak će djelovati jako brzo na povećanje vašeg krvnog pritiska.
3) NAR
Korištenje nara kada imate problem sa pritiskom je sjajno riješenje jer je nar jako ukusan a posjeduje i druge zdravstvene koristi za vaš organizam o čemu smo već pisali. Možete jesti svjež nar ili piti sok, efekat je isti: blago povećanje krvnog pritiska
4) KAFA
Vjerovatno najpoznatiji recept u našim krajevima. Dvije šoljice jake crne kafe će blago povisiti vaš pritisak u roku od pola sata.
5) GROŽĐICE
Ukoliko to niste znali uz pomoć grožđica možete povećati pritisak. Potrebno je 20-30 zrna natopiti preko noći u veliku čašu vode. Ujutro ili tokom dana popijte ovu vodu i pojedite preostale grožđice.
6) VODA
Povećajte unos vode. Popijte 8-10 čaša vode tokom dana i pritisak će vam garantovano biti viši.
7) SMANJITE UNOS ALKOHOLA
Ukoliko kozumirate alkoholna pića ona uzrokuju dehidraciju organizma koja opet uzrokuje smanjenje pritiska sutra dan.
8) NEMOJTE NAGLO MJENJATI POLOŽAJ TIJELA

Osobe koje imaju nizak pritisak mogu imati problema prilikom ustajnja iz kreveta ujutro ili pri naglim promjenama položaja. Zbog toga kada ustajete prvo sačekajte nekoliko trenutaka i uzmite par dubokih udisaja prije toga.
9) LAGANE FIZIČKE VJEŽBE
Lagano vježbanje odnosno stalna fizička aktivnost kao što je šetnja, vožnja bicikla, plivanje itd regulisaće vaš pritisak trajno bilo da je povišen ili snižen.
